    Its views were particularly good.

    The hotel was well-maintained and luxurious, as for me everything was great. The food was brilliant, excellent service. The room was luxurious and wonderful with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the private bathroom. Stunning central location just next door to the Kingdom mall, and The near shoping center. I ate in the lobby restaurant nearby.

    Luxtury of hotel and quality of food also it seems to be a females friendly hotel and provide a marginal freedom to females which is not very common in Riyadh. Spa was excellent so as the buisiness center

    The luxurious amenities made my stay

    Enjoyable, particularly the spa and pool areas. I did experience a delay in room service that affected my overall satisfaction. Despite this, the staff's friendliness was great.

    I recently stayed for a three-night business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The luxurious suite was beautifully designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were attentive, making sure all my needs were met, from the exquisite dining options to the state-of-the-art facilities. I particularly appreciated the seamless check-in process and the warm welcome I received upon arrival. The room service was prompt and the meals were delicious, enhancing my overall experience.

    The location was excellent, central to all shopping malls, easily accessible for transportation and the staff were incredibly accommodating

    There were renovations happening during our stay which was not indicated upon booking; the vibrations were felt in the bathroom which then caused a leak and we were moved to another room.

    سيء جداً من بداية دخولي للفندق إنتظار قرابة العشر دقائق إلى أن يحضر أحدهم لأخذ السيارة وحمل الحقائب، الغرفة غير نظيفة وتم طلب تغييرها ولم يستجيبوا وقاموا بتغيير الشراشف والكنبة التي بجانب الزجاج لقذارتها، كذلك الإنترنت لم يتم تفعيله مباشرة إلا بعد عدة إتصالات وتحويلي للدعم الفني خارج المملكة والإنتظار معهم قرابة الساعة والنصف لحين حل المشكلة. كما أن مياه الدش وسخة ولون الصدأ ظاهر فيها، وتم تصوير كل شيء بالجوال فيديو وصور للتوثيق وأطلعت الإستقبال على ذلك. كما أن الزجاج الخارجي وسخ ومليء بالأتربة. بشكل عام تجربة سيئة ولن تتكرر بإذن الله لهذا الفندق .

    Dine in room menu doesn't have enough varaiaty. Not enough Amenities in the bathroom e.g. No tooth brush, tooth paste, no having erasor! Not enough info in the room about restaurants in the hotel. No tourist guides info available
